stages to success with Cambridge Diet
Everyone who uses Cambridge Diet should
follow the four stages of every programme:
1. Preparation
2. Weight loss
3. Stabilisation
4. Maintenance
This will help to ensure that you will
successfully manage your weight - over the long term.
The Cambridge Diet is only available through independent Cambridge
Diet Counsellors who provide a personal screening, advisory,
monitoring and support service - a major factor in maintaining
motivation and achieving success. The Counsellors are accredited
after a period of training and they agree to follow a Code
of Conduct when dealing with customers.
How does it work?
The diet is unique because you are given
weekly support by a trained counsellor throughout your weight
loss.
You are first measured and weighed to determine your BMI (Body
Mass Index) - this tells you how much fat you are carrying.
You may need to be referred to a doctor first for approval
if you have certain medical conditions.
You purchase the products from your counsellor and return
the following week for further guidance and to purchase new
supplies of the diet.
Is the diet expensive?
The Cambridge Diet costs only €67 for
one week's meals - cheaper than purchasing a snack or making
a meal! There is no shopping or cooking involved making the
diet quick and easy for those with little time.
